Ingredients

  1. 2 2/3 cups flour
  2. 2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  3. 2 tablespoon tbsp honey or 170grams sugar
  4. 2/3 cup oil
  5. 2 cups water
  6. 6 tablespoon carob or cocoa powder
  7. 2 teaspoon baking powder
  8. 2 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix all together, beat well and bake at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 25 minutes. Ice with carob or cocoa icing.
