Indian Fusion-The Chapatti

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (about 6 chapatti)
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Pinch of salt
- Water as needed
Directions
- In a bowl put the flour, oil and salt
- Add a bit of water at a time and mix together until it forms a dough ball
- Divide into six balls
- Take the first ball and cover it with a bit of plain flour so it doesn’t stick when you roll it
- Take a rolling pin and roll it in a round shape, quite thin
- Put a frying pan on the fire and put the chapatti in it, medium heat
- When it starts to bubble up turn over and cook the other side for a couple minutes
- Transfer it to the wire rack which is over a fire and cook it by turning on both sides until it rises up.
