For Fried Paneer
- Paneer cut into cubes
- Oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
For Aloo Paneer
- Baked potato
- Paneer cut into slices
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
For Fried Paneer
- Cut the paneer into cubes
- Heat some oil and fry the paneer until golden brown
- Remove the paneer slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper
For Aloo Paneer
- Slice the baked potato into round slices
- Cut the paneer into thin slices
- Put a little oil in a frying pan and place the potato slices and paneer slices in the pan
- Turn over to the other side once it has turned golden brown
- Fry the other side until brown
- Serve with tomato sauce
